Nitya Puja is a form of Sadhana (spiritual practice).
By dedicating a specific time each morning or evening to worship our diety or individual or any form of true nature you feel connected to.
What are the Major aspects in puja?
Indriya Nigraha: Control over the senses and the wandering mind.
Dhyana: A natural transition into a meditative state, fostering inner peace.
Bhakti: The nurturing of a personal relationship with the Divine (Ishta Devata)
Purification of the Living Space -
The physical acts involved in puja—lighting a Diya (lamp), burning incense, and chanting mantras are believed to cleanse the environment.
In other religions you can sit and chant your favourite names accordingly or read what uplifts you spiritually.
The Philosophy of Gratitude
Nitya Puja is an expression of Kritagyata (gratitude). In the Shodashopachara (16-step) puja, the devotee offers water, flowers, food, and light to the deity.
For other aspects do as per your religious knowledge and books 📚
Psychological Benefits
Beyond the spiritual, the routine of daily puja offers significant mental health benefits
Stress Reduction: The ritualistic nature provides a "reset button" for the brain, lowering cortisol levels.
Grounding: In a fast-paced world, the repetitive actions provide a sense of stability and continuity.
Intentionality: Starting the day with puja helps set a positive, selfless intention for the hours ahead.
I really hope it helps for the spiritual progress

I definitely resonate with this. I feel at my best when i can do morning AND evening sadhana…but most days i struggle getting one in. At the very least if nothing else - i always japa 📿
